Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of miraderocs.com (the “Site”), operated by Miradero Cybersecurity (“Miradero,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms cover the Site only. Any managed security, assessment, training, or incident response services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement between Miradero and the client. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the written agreement controls.
Using the Site
You may use the Site to learn about Miradero and to contact us for legitimate business purposes. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to submit information through the Site.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- scan, probe, penetration-test, or attempt to breach the security of the Site or its hosting infrastructure without our prior written authorization
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, including through denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests, or malicious code
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data
- scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site by automated means, except for standard search engine indexing
- submit false, misleading, or unlawful information, or impersonate any person or organization
- use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in the Site, please report it responsibly to info@miraderocs.com and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it publicly.
No professional advice
Content on the Site is general information about cybersecurity and our services. It is not security, legal, or compliance advice for your specific situation, and reading it or contacting us does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when a written services agreement is signed.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, are owned by Miradero or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. “Miradero” and the Miradero logo are trademarks of Miradero Cybersecurity. You may view and print pages for your own informational use, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.
Information you submit
When you submit information through the Site, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please do not send passwords, credentials, protected health information, or other sensitive data through the contact form. We handle what you submit as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party links
The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.
Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIRADERO AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Miradero from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.
General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Miradero about the Site.
